NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
In continuation to our notice dated 02nd April, 2023, this is to further inform all members of the Company that the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) scheduled to be held on 28th April, 2023 at 02:00 PM at the Registered Office of the Company at Roshanara Garden, Delhi-110007 now stands cancelled in view of some typographical/clerical error in existing notice and redrafting of amendments in Memorandum of Association of the Company/Club to make it consonance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the objective of the Club.
The company/club may convene a fresh Extra Ordinary General Meeting on a later date to be decided by Managing Committee and a new notice of EGM to be issued accordingly.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to the members.
