Dear Members,
Thanks once again for the response and trust you people shown in organizers.
Till last night we had booked around 300 tables and shall like to convey to you that we will not be able to accept anything above 400.
So all the members are requested to book their tables as early as possible, as we may not be able to provide arrangements to unreserved persons. As neither additional tables nor chairs we could procure beyond this.
So it is suggested to take timely steps to avoid disappointment.
